Oktoberfest is finally among us! Chef Beckmann has made the long trek to Loyola and is preparing to make an unforgettable German cuisine. Many do not realize that quite a few of the recipes they eat today had their start in Germany! That’s right, many of your American favorites were actually German Food. So come get your pork schnitzels and sauerkraut and let’s chow down. The Orleans Room is where it will take place. This Wednesday, October 5 from 11:30a-2:30p is when we expect you there. It will be a dining experience you won’t forget.
