Hello Spring!

Welcome wonderful weather! Loyola Dining Services has been busy this semester. Mardi Gras events were festive as always and the taste of King Cake is still lingering.

The Orleans Room is honoring St. Patrick today with true Irish cooking and decor. Chef Scott is serving sauteed cabbage, smoked sausage and ruby red new potatoes at the Fresh Station. Come enjoy the delicious ethnic meal while showing a little Irish patriotism.

Friday, March 18, Tulane Executive Chef Travis Johnson will be wrapping up Wellness Week with a healthy cooking demonstration outside of the Orleans Room. On the menu will be grilled chicken with a blood orange vinaigrette , broccoli raab and cous cous. Come get tips on how to eat right from 11:30am- 2:30 pm.

We are also running our Flambeaux’s limited time offers biweekly. This week is a Crab Cake Po boy for $5.99. Come check it out!
