Nothing says New Orleans like food and music. This weekend, Loyola will hold it’s annual Family Weekend. To wrap it up, the OR will host a Jazz Brunch on Sunday, October 2nd from 11:30 AM – 2 PM.

Every year, Loyola Dining Services collects recipes from families for our Recipes From Home contest. The winning recipe comes from the William’s family. David, father of Ally, submitted a Crawfish in Phyllio dish, which is sautéed and wrapped in a pastry crust, then baked.

You can relax as the smooth melodies from a live Jazz band serenade you while enjoy this traditional Louisiana fare.

Other Louisiana delicacies that will be served are: banana’s foster waffles, roast beef, eggs benedict, smoked salmon, gumbo, beignets, pralines, shrimp and grits, and muffulettas.

All students and family members are invited and will be admitted in the OR at usual pricing. A photo booth will be available to capture your experience. We hope you come out and enjoy our annual Jazz Brunch.
