Not only is New Orleans enjoying a significant renaissance (and we’ve tried to offer consistent proof of that, in this space), but it is now being recognized for running counter-cyclical with the recession that is gripping the nation and much of the world. The evidence for this comes courtesy of the Los Angeles Times, in their article about NOLA from last week.
