Hello service learners!

Have you enjoyed your service learning experience? Want a chance to be a student leader in service learning at Loyola?

Come to one of two informational meetings for the new Student Leadership and Advisory Board (S-LAB)!

By becoming a member of S-LAB, you will have the opportunity to exercise leadership in the following areas:

• Connecting service learning students to nonprofit organizations around New Orleans.
• Planning our volunteer fair, which is held twice a year for hundreds of students at Loyola.
• Developing innovative new programs for the Office of Service Learning.
• Supporting your fellow students through their service learning experience.

The S-LAB will launch in Spring 2010. Informational meetings will be held in Bobet 107 (the Manresa Den) on Tuesday, November 17 at 6:30 PM and Thursday, November 19 at 12:30 PM.
