Hello
October 28th, 2009Hi, my name is Arisa Banks. I am from New Orleans, La, and I am a junior at Loyola University majoring in Mass Communications with a minor in Music Industry Studies. I am involved in a variety of organizations on campus including Black Student Union, Loyola Ambassadors, Genesis Gospel Choir, and Legal EU. I have been blessed to have done a few internships in the field I am pursuing. I have interned for the Essence Music Festival, which takes place every summer in New Orleans, La. I have also interned for the VH1 Hip Hop Honors and Reach Media, Inc. located in Dallas, Texas. I plan to pursue a career in the entertainment/music industry. My future plans are to attend law school to receive a degree in Entertainment Law.
I truly enjoy coming to school here! Loyola is a great university that produces well-rounded students. The opportunities I have received through the school are unbelieveable. I am proud to be apart of the Wolfpack!
